Exchange and Refund Policy


The Pet Ministry aims to be different by making all transactions with us totally risk-free for you with a 30-day money back guarantee!


However, should you feel that our products do not work as well as we advertised, simply contact our email support at hello@thepetministry.com within 30 days from your delivery date and we'll issue a full refund. No Questions Asked.


For damaged products upon receiving, we will ship a replacement to you once the damage has been verified at no additional cost. Simply contact our email support at hello@thepetministry.com within 30 days from your delivery date and we'll arrange for a replacement shipment.



NOTE: If we do not receive any feedback from you within 30 days from your delivery date, we'd assume that you're satisfied with our product and will NOT be eligible for a full refund or exchange. If you have any trouble or questions regarding our product beyond the 30-day mark, you're encouraged to contact our 24/7 email support and our customer care agents will be glad to help you out!


How To Initiate The Refund Process


In order to process your refund request, we'll need you to ship the product back to us. To start the refund process, simply contact our 24/7 email support with your order ID and we will generate a return authorization for you. 


These refund requests can only be initiated for products purchased on our website, thepetministry.com and must be within 30 days from your delivery date.


When returning an item, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance in case the shipment gets lost. We do not take responsibility for items we do not receive.


When we've received the return product, we will process your refund immediately. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your bank statement.


Cancellations


In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact our email support immediately. If the order has been shipped, we will contact USPS/FedEx to have the package shipped back to us, if possible.


Upon cancellation, we will process the refund for your order, after deducting the pick & pack fee plus shipping costs.
