Shipping Policy
The Pet Ministry ships worldwide.
We send all our packages using registered couriers UPS under insured shipping so that you can track your parcels online and be protected if your product is lost / damaged / or stolen.
-Australia expected delivery dates
UPS® Australia ships from our Queensland warehouse and takes an average of 3-7 business days to deliver.
-Canada expected delivery dates
UPS® Canada ships from our Toronto warehouse and takes an average of 3-7 business days to deliver.
-United Kingdom and other countries expected delivery dates
UPS® Worldwide ships from our Manchester warehouse and takes an average of 2-5 business days to deliver for UK customers, and 7-14 business days for international customers.
Please note that the delivery time is subjected to customs inspections, holidays in your country.
Good news is, your order may arrive sooner than expected!
If you still have not received your item within 30 working days upon receiving your tracking number, please contact us with your order number and tracking number, so we could investigate the problem and rectify it by either refunding or re-sending it.
